This book is a delightful childrens book about a little polar bear, Larswho loves adventure.The bear spends the day fishing with his dad and then they both go to sleep. While they are sleeping the ice cracks and the two become seperated. Lars drifts slowly away until he arrives in a new land where he is met by a huge hippo. This is a wonderful story about nature, friendship and courage.
The color graphics are extraodinary and add to the great story.
