The Art Area is a center that is designed to allow your children to be able to explore their creative side. As in all centers the children are free to move from center to center to explore, manipulate, create, and work where interests take them.

Provide your children with several different types of paint or chalk and an easel.

An Art Center Allows Your Children To:
Use and develop their creativity
Develop Hand/Eye Coordination
To Use their imagination and see it in a tangible form
Experiment with mixing and using different colors
Show feelings and moods through art

Idea: Provide Crayon Cups (Melt Crayons in muffin Tins) and let your children create art ideas
